I’m so bad writing about myself. But just briefly.
smalleye I’m not quite sure how it happened, but u can find me all over the net under this nickname. It doesnt mean much to me to be honest. I made it up when I was about 13, opening an account on digart.pl, while all dark and gloomy, tacky english nicknames were taken (thank God! otherwise I would be stuck with something like dark_angel666 lol- it was that phase) So smalleye is me, Dominika.
i do I have just started studying for a BA in photography (and to be more precise Contemporary Photographic Practice) at UCA Rochester. It’s kind of weird and exciting at the same time, because I was waiting for this moment for such a long time, and now IT-IS-HAPPENING. It’s pretty cool.
my life I was blind but now I see. My life belongs to Jesus Christ, my Lord and Saviour. I believe that He is God, that He died taking the punishment for MY sins and was brought back to life by the power of God in resurrection. I know that it is only in Him that I am complete. He is my shield, my future and my everything. Through Him I have eternal life and ‘life in its fullness’ here on Earth. I know I don’t have to worry about my future. His word, His goodness, His faithfulness will never fail. GOD IS SO GOOD!!!
inspire I mostly take my inspiration from research which is my favourite part of every project. I often get quite abstract in it, making connections between things, ideas, theories, which sometimes, looking back at them are difficult to understand even for myself (love it!). The never-failing Word of God is a constant source of encouragement and inspiration. Always. Also, I enjoy looking at different artists work and picking bits and bobs from here and there and consciously or not incorporating it into my own ‘design processes’.
