“Art would be useless if the world were perfect, as man wouldn’t look for harmony, but would simply live in it. Art is born out of an ill-performing world”

127 hours vs Cherry Blossoms: Hanami. Liked them both but cannot decide which scenery I prefer and where I’d like to go more.

College is over. There is a list of ‘things-to-do’ on my wall. I need to move out of my accomodation until the 3rd of June, but I will try to make it the 5th. I am surprisingly busy as for a person that has holiday break. I must say, though, that there are a lot of good things happening around me.
This Monday was a Bank Holiday Monday. The weather was pitiful, but I spent a lovely day with my friend Marielle, the Carrot. I cooked a dinner for us, we watched two films (Persepolis and Malena, both I truerly recommend), we had some chocolate cake and delicious Luxeburgish cappuccino. Going swimming would probably be a healthier option, but well…

This summer, I am planning to take a series of photos inspired by Ori Gersht’s series ‘Rear Window’. I haven’t quite defined my idea yet, but I think it will be a series of photographs shot vertically, with a little hint of ground and the rest will be an image of sky. Something very about space. Oh yes:)
